This 630 sq. ft. basement was divided up into a laundry room, bathroom, storage room, mechanical room, and rec room with a kitchenette. A 60"x34" shower stall was used in the bathroom with a frameless sliding obscure shower door. A 48" colonial white maple vanity was finished with a laminate counter and an oval china sink. The floor was laid with an African slate ceramic tile. The kitchenette was placed in the main room and consisted of colonial white maple cabinets, laminate top and cast acrylic bar sink and faucet. Masonite 6 panel doors were used throughout along with recessed can lights and wall sconces. All doors and windows were trimmed with painted hemlock jambs and casing. New carpet and pad was laid in the stairwell, hallway, and rec room.
